Good Day!
I would like to share something about our current ranking. I would like to expand more on this and probably the best way we can guide our guild in a more professional way is by giving each officer a task of his own.
Here is an example:
GM: In charge of writing and maintaining all policy related to the guild. Disciplinary actions are considered and acted upon.
Officer 1: Gathers and maintains useful information about topics related to member professions, resistances, spec, and current needs.
Officer 2: Leads raids, gathers information and strategies/tactics involved in current guild content.
Officer 3: Maintains the guild website and continually meets/speaks with the GM to improve functionality, availability, and visual input for this purpose. ( for now only GM Bulbulon and GM Wint will handle this but sooner or later we need to get 1 officer to do this job)
Officer 4: Involved in more Public Relations work with hands-on approach to member problems, or concerns.
Officer 5: Involved in PVP strategies and how each classes can perform well in solo, arena, battle ground matches.
Officer 6 and 7: Like to poke GM with sharp stick! These Officers are particularly good at viewing a situation with unbiased and unclouded judgments. They can be relied on to bring up counter-points or flip-side views of any subject.
Our guild in this realm is still young and we need to have a solid foundation that we can hold on.
Please provide more information on this and how we can establish this if possible.
